30 ml Vodka | 1 dash tonic water | 2 sprigs mint leaves | 1 dash lime | 30 ml raspberry juice | 3-4 fresh raspberries
Add vodka, raspberry juice and lime into a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top it with a splash of tonic water. Garnish with fresh berries on a stick to serve.
1 tbsp Cater sugar | Finely grated lemon zest | 1 lemon wedge | 50 ml vodka | 25 ml triple sec | 25 ml lemon juice | Ice
Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a wedge of lemon, drip the moistened glass into the sugar & lemon zest mixture and set aside. Pour lemon juice, caster sugar, vodka and triple sec into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake till the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared margarita glass and serve.
125 ml tomato juice | 50 ml vodka | 1 tbsp lemon juice | Ice | 1 lemon wedge | ¼ tsp Wooster sauce | 1 tsp Tabasco sauce | Green chilly and salt rim to garnish
Rim a glass of your choice with salt. Fill ¾ of the glass with ice cubes. Add tomato juice, Wooster sauce, Tabasco sauce, lime juice and squeeze a wedge of lime in it. Stir and taste to adjust the flavours. Add vodka and stir. Garnish with green chilly and celery.
