A base ingredient is chosen from the extraction of sugarcane juice.
The derivative is Fermentation with water and cultured with yeast.
The alchemy begins as the wash is heated to separate the alcohol from the water.
After the colour is corrected, the Rum is ready to be bottled.
Different distillates are blended for consistency and boosting the flavours.
After collecting the best part of the rum, it is aged in oak barrels.
Ingredients: 75 ml rum | 30 ml lime juice | 15 ml sugar syrup | Ice | 1 wedge of Lemon
Recipe: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain in chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon
Ingredients: 45 ml rum | 15 ml Amaretto | 60 ml pineapple juice | 60 ml orange juice | 10 ml lime juice | 10 ml passion fruit syrup | 5 ml Grenadine syrup | Fresh pineapple | Cherry
Recipe: Mix all ingredients, except pineapple and cherries into a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Pour and serve in a hurricane cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple and cherry each.
Ingredients: 45 ml rum | 15 ml dry vermouth | 15 ml orange liquer | 1 dash Grenadine syrup | 1 twist orange peel | Ice
Recipe: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in rum, vermouth and orange liquer. Add a dash of grenadine before covering and shake well. strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twisted orange peel.
